Dean girls NEVER lose.

We all deserved better and we all have been spat in the face, but no one more than Jensen Ackles & Dean Winchester. And while I am angry for myself, I am fucking furious for them.
Faith was one of my favorite episodes, but how will I ever be able to watch it again without wanting to throw myself into the sea? Everything the narrative established about his insecurities in that episode, and subsequently had Dean fight against (that his pointless death was an inevitability, that he didn’t deserve to be saved, that his only value was as a hunter) was only reinforced by his death that turns out to be just as fucking random and unfair as being electrocuted in a muddy basement. Say what you will about season 6 but Sera Gamble would NEVER.
